Welcome to the second phase of your learning journey: career coaching!
Now that you've mastered the basics of Salesforce, it's time to build your personal brand and craft your professional story. In this phase, you'll dive into LinkedIn optimization, resume building, and exploring Salesforce career paths. These essential tools will guide you in drafting a standout video pitch and submitting a complete application for your dream job.
Schedule upt o three hours for completing this phase and you'll be fully equipped to confidently present yourself to the Capeforce team.
Upon evaluation of your resume and video pitch, we will invite fifty people for online interview, of which twenty-five are hired!

Yes! When being accepted into the Capeforce program, you directly start with minimum wage. While you build your professional profile you will take on more responsibility, you are able to generate additional income. We'll discuss more during the onboarding session.
Depending on your skill, dedication and eagerness to learn, the prework takes anywhere from three to eight hours. Starting with the Salesforce Academy, which takes up to three hours, you start developing your career profile, which takes up to five hours. Again, you are the master of your destiny! Take the challenge head on, accelerate and blow the competition away!
The Capeforce Academy is located in Midrand, Johannesburg, or Cape Town, Central Business District, within walking distance from the bus and train.

No. Work-life balance is super important to us. During the twelve month program, we aim to complete all assignments during business hours 9am to 6pm.
